After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, feeling abnormal. Genuine dosage: 1950 MG, BID, ORAL; SEE IMAGE. During the same period patient was treated with GENUINE BAYER, SYNTHROID. Patient recovered.
