Gentamicin side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 11, 2005. Female patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with infection
and was treated with Gentamicin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electrocardiogram qt prolonged, hypocalcaemia, hypomagnesaemia, pseudo-bartter syndrome. Gentamicin dosage: 4.4 MG/KG QD INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CEPHALOTHINECTABLE SOLUTION, GLIMEPIRIDE, ASPIRIN, ALLOPURINOL. Patient was hospitalized.
