Female patient, 70 years of age, weighting 184.0 lb, was diagnosed with infection  and was treated with Gentamicin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: difficulty in walking, dizziness , hypoacusis, nausea , vision blurred. Gentamicin dosage: 600 MG DAILY. Patient recovered.
