Male patient, 17 years of age, was diagnosed with conjunctivitis allergic and was treated with Gentamicin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cataract , conjunctival hyperaemia, dizziness , fatigue, intraocular pressure increased. Gentamicin dosage: 20 MILLIGRAMS; ONCE A DAY; OPHTHALMIC. During the same period patient was treated with DEXAMETHASONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
