Male patient, 65 years of age, weighting 200.0 lb, was diagnosed with wound infection and was treated with Gentamicin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, haemodialysis. Gentamicin dosage: 180 MG Q 24 HRS IV. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, LISINOPRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
