Female patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome and was treated with Gemtuzumab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: infection , multi-organ failure, respiratory failure. Gemtuzumab dosage: 5 MG/M2 FOR ONE DAY ON DAY 7. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, IDARUBICIN. Patient died.
