Male patient, 39 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertriglyceridaemia, complex partial seizures and was treated with Gemfibrozil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, confusional state, convulsion, dizziness , loss of consciousness. Gemfibrozil dosage: 600 MG, ONCE/SINGLE,; 300 MG, ONCE/SINGLE,. During the same period patient was treated with TIAGABINE, CARBAMAZEPINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
