Male patient, 39 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertriglyceridaemia, complex partial seizures and was treated with Gemfibrozil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, confusional state, loss of consciousness. Gemfibrozil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TIAGABINE, CARBAMAZEPINE. Patient recovered.
