After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia. Gemfibrozil dosage: 600MG PO BID. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN, SIMVASTATIN. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with LOVASTATIN, AMITRIPTYLINE, DOCUSATE, FELODIPINE, TRIAMTERENE AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, LISINOPRIL, METOPROLOL TARTRATE, OMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
