Male patient, 49 years of age, weighting 160.9 lb, was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme and was treated with Gefitinib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brain oedema, brain scan abnormal, convulsion, hemiparesis. Gefitinib dosage: 250 MG PO WEEKLY. During the same period patient was treated with RAD, KEPPRA, ADVIL, TETRACYCLINE, COLACE, BENADRYL, CALCITRIOL, CELEBREX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
