Gefitinib side effect was reported by a Physician from on Mar 30, 2005. Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer and was treated with Gefitinib. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, diarrhoea, dyspnoea, feeling hot, haemoglobin decreased, influenza like illness, malaise, oral pain, pulmonary mass. Gefitinib dosage: 250 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with RANITIDINE, MELOXICAM, BENDROFLUAZIDE. Patient recovered.

Gefitinib dosage: 250MG PO DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with SIMVASTATIN, GEMFIBROZIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
