Male patient, 85 years of age, weighting 260.1 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Gatifloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, dyspnoea exertional, hypoxia, polydipsia, polyuria, urinary incontinence . Gatifloxacin dosage: 400MG PO QD. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
