After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: balance disorder, blood glucose increased, decreased appetite, dizziness , dysuria, nocturia, polydipsia, polyuria. Gatifloxacin dosage: 400MG QD PO (DURATION: ORDERED FOR 14 DAYS). Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
