Gatifloxacin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 27, 2005. Male patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with sinusitis What is  sinusitis and was treated with Gatifloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, diarrhoea, hyperglycaemia, nausea What is  nausea. Gatifloxacin dosage: 400 MG PO QD. During the same period patient was treated with NPH INSULIN, CARVEDILOL, FUROSEMIDE, LISINOPRIL, METFORMIN, OMEPRAZOLE, SIMVASTATIN, SPIRONOLACTONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
