Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection , urethritis, benign prostatic hyperplasia and was treated with Gatifloxacin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, c-reactive protein increased, white blood cell count increased.
