Male patient, 56 years of age, weighting 147.0 lb, was diagnosed with diagnostic procedure and was treated with Gastrografin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: contrast media reaction, injury, renal failure acute, renal tubular necrosis, sepsis What is  sepsis. Gastrografin dosage: 45 ML ONE TIME PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
