Garamycin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Jan 12, 2005. Female patient, 76 years of age, was treated with Garamycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: balance disorder, blood creatinine increased, muscle spasms, ototoxicity, pulmonary oedema, vertigo. Garamycin dosage: 150 MG TID INTRAMUSCULAR. During the same period patient was treated with ACEBUTOLOL, ADALAT, LOZIDE, NAPROSYN, ROCEPHIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: balance disorder, blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, haemodialysis, hearing impaired, hyperkalaemia. Garamycin dosage: 480 MG QD INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with FUROSEMIDE, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, CLOXACILLIN, ASPIRIN, CIPROFLOXACIN, LACTULOSE, LORAZEPAM, MORPHINE SULPHATE. Patient recovered.
