Male patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with cytomegalovirus infection , immunosuppression and was treated with Ganciclovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bk virus infection, cytomegalovirus infection , diarrhoea, leukopenia. Ganciclovir dosage: 5 MG/KG 1 PER 12 HOUR INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with VALGANCICLOVIR, MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, LEFLUNOMIDE, TACROLIMUS, PREDNISONE, METHYLPREDNISOLONE. Patient recovered.
