Gamunex side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from CANADA on May 17, 2005. Male patient, child 10 years of age, weighting 91.71 lb, was diagnosed with thrombocytopenia and was treated with Gamunex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, chest discomfort, dyspnoea, throat irritation, wheezing. Gamunex dosage: 180 ML, TOTAL DAILY, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
