Gabitril side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 22, 2006. Male patient, 41 years of age, weighting 200.0 lb, was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder  and was treated with Gabitril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, family stress, grand mal convulsion. Gabitril dosage: 32 MG DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brain oedema, coma, demyelination, encephalopathy, leukoencephalomyelitis, nervous system disorder, status epilepticus, toxicologic test abnormal. Gabitril dosage: 2 MG BID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ATIVAN, LITHIUM, SEROQUEL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
