Female patient, 39 years of age, weighting 172.0 lb, was diagnosed with headache  and was treated with Gabitril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, convulsion, loss of consciousness. Gabitril dosage: 4 MG TID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NEURONTIN, PAXIL, CYMBALTA, KLONOPIN, RITALIN, INDOCIN. Patient recovered.
