Gabapen Side Effects Report #5651950-X
Gabapen side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Feb 22, 2008. Female patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with partial seizures and was treated with Gabapen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, blood creatine phosphokinase increased. Gabapen dosage: DAILY DOSE:1200MG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with partial seizures, hypertension, gastric ulcer, epilepsy  and was treated with Gabapen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, blood creatine phosphokinase increased. Gabapen dosage: DAILY DOSE:1200MG. During the same period patient was treated with SPLENDIL, ALTAT, DEPAKENE, LONGES. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, weighting 156.5 lb, was diagnosed with partial seizures, hypertension, gastric ulcer, epilepsy , complex partial seizures and was treated with Gabapen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatinine increased, myoglobin blood increased, rhabdomyolysis. Gabapen dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SPLENDIL, ALTAT, DEPAKENE, LONGES, WYTENS, ALOSENN, ABILIT. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Gabapen side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on June 15, 2007. Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with epilepsy  and was treated with Gabapen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, eosinophil count increased, pyrexia, renal impairment. Gabapen dosage: DAILY DOSE:1800MG. During the same period patient was treated with TEGRETOL, PHENOBARBITAL, DEPAKENE, SOLANAX, TERNELIN, TRYPTANOL. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
