Furadantin Side Effects Report #5926102-6
Furadantin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Oct 01, 2008. Female patient, 91 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection , atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Furadantin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , anaemia, anorexia, blood glucose increased, blood sodium decreased, blood urea increased, cardiac murmur, convulsion. Furadantin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREVISCAN, DIGOXINE NATIVELLE, CORDARONE, LEVOTHYROXINE, EFFERALGAN, TRIATEC, ISKEDYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Furadantin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on May 14, 2007. Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Furadantin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , anorexia, colonic polyp , diarrhoea, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, nausea , rectal haemorrhage. Furadantin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VEINAMITOL, FLECAINIDE ACETATE, GINKOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Furadantin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Sept 30, 2005. Male patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with dysuria and was treated with Furadantin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, biliary cyst, blood amylase increased, c-reactive protein increased, cholelithiasis, cholestasis, cytolytic hepatitis, dizziness , dyspnoea. Furadantin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE, PREVISCAN, LOGIRENE, DOLIPRANE, TRIATEC, CORDARONE, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
