Funguard Side Effects Report #4846898-4
Funguard side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Nov 17, 2005. Female patient, 85 years of age, weighting 77.16 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary mycosis and was treated with Funguard. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure diastolic decreased, chills, dysphoria, hypoaesthesia, hypoaesthesia oral, infusion related reaction, nausea , pyrexia. Funguard dosage: 7.52 MG, UID/QD, IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with CLEANAL, MUCOSOLVAN, FURTULON, MEROPEN. Patient recovered.

Funguard side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Oct 05, 2005. Female patient, 70 years of age, weighting 88.18 lb, was diagnosed with pleurisy and was treated with Funguard. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: colon cancer, large intestinal haemorrhage, melaena, nausea , occult blood positive, shock. Funguard dosage: 50.00 MG, UID/QD, IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with ZITHROMAX, FULKAZIL, MINOMYCIN, CONIEL, PANAPIDIN, MERISLON, APONOL, PREDNISOLONE. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 59 years of age, weighting 149.0 lb, was diagnosed with infection prophylaxis, bone marrow conditioning regimen, nausea , febrile neutropenia and was treated with Funguard. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, enterocolitis, febrile neutropenia, nausea , stomatitis. Funguard dosage: 50 MG, UID/QD, IV DRIP, 150 MG, UID/QD, IV DRIP, 50 MG, UID/QD, IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, CONTOMIN, MAXIPIME, EXACIN, METHOTREXATE, PROGRAF. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, apparent life threatening event, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, enterocolitis, febrile neutropenia, nausea , stem cell transplant, stomatitis. Funguard dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, CONTOMIN, METHOTREXATE, PROGRAF, UROMITEXAN, DECADRON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, brain compression, cerebellar haematoma, cerebral haemorrhage, liver disorder, nausea . Funguard dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CARBENIN, PENTCILLIN, CEFOZOPRAN HYDROCHLORIDE, GENTAMICIN SULPHATE, NEUTROGIN. Patient died on 10/29/2005.

Funguard dosage: 150 MG, IV DRIP; SEE IMAGE. During the same period patient was treated with AZACTAM, CYLOCIDE, DALACIN, VANCOMYCIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, condition aggravated, depressed level of consciousness, diabetes mellitus, dysphoria, liver disorder, nausea , upper gastrointestinal haemorrhage, varicose vein . Funguard dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LASIX, ALDACTONE, SOLDACTONE, AMARYL, GASTER D ORODISPERSABLE CRLET, BASEN. Patient died on 06/28/2006.
