Funguard side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on May 14, 2008. Male patient, 52 years of age, weighting 173.3 lb, was diagnosed with pyrexia, hyperuricaemia, infection
and was treated with Funguard. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, cerebral haemorrhage, liver disorder, renal impairment. Funguard dosage: 50 MG, UID/QD, IV DRIP; 150 MG, UID/QD, IV DRIP. During the same period patient was treated with ALLOPURINOL, AMLODIN, MEROPENEM, MINOMYCIN, CYCLOCIDE, BROACT, VICCILLINECTION.
