Fungizone Side Effects Report #5141550-2
Fungizone side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Sept 27, 2006. Male patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary mycosis, infection  and was treated with Fungizone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pancytopenia. Fungizone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, FLUCONAZOLE, FUNGUARD. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
