Fungizone side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SWEDEN on Sept 29, 2005. Female patient, 67 years of age, was diagnosed with fungal infection , clostridial infection and was treated with Fungizone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hepatic necrosis. Fungizone dosage: unknown. Patient died.

Fungizone side effect was reported by a Health Professional from SWEDEN on Sept 29, 2005. Female patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with fungal infection , clostridial infection and was treated with Fungizone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: clostridium colitis, hepatic necrosis. Fungizone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METRONIDAZOLE, PRIMPERAN, FOLACIN, BEHEPAN, IMODIUM. Patient died on 06/29/2004.
