Fungizone Side Effects Report #5553404-8
Fungizone side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Dec 10, 2007. Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with oropharyngeal candidiasis, helicobacter infection, arthralgia, gastroduodenal ulcer and was treated with Fungizone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, dyspnoea, pancytopenia, pyrexia. Fungizone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN, COLCHIMAX, ZECLAR, INEXIUM, PREVISCAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with fungal infection , stress ulcer and was treated with Fungizone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, thrombocytopenia. Fungizone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GASTRIL, FORTUM, CEFEPIME. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 25 years of age, was diagnosed with bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, pneumonia bacterial and was treated with Fungizone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, deep vein thrombosis , hypokalaemia, neutropenia, pneumonia , pneumonia bacterial, pseudomembranous colitis, renal impairment, thrombocytopenia. Fungizone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VEPESID, AMBISOME, HABEKACIN, CARBENIN, DALACIN, DECADRON, CYLOCIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
