Male patient, 64 years of age, weighting 192.0 lb, was diagnosed with dental disorder prophylaxis and was treated with Freshnurst. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aphonia, oral discomfort, oral pain, pharyngeal hypoaesthesia, pharyngolaryngeal pain, thermal burn. Freshnurst dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
