Female patient, 69 years of age, weighting 148.6 lb, was diagnosed with international normalised ratio increased, prothrombin time prolonged, anaemia and was treated with Fresh. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fluid overload, pulmonary oedema, transfusion-related acute lung injury. Fresh dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FRESH FROZEN PLASMA, RED BLOOD CELLS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/29/2007.
