Female patient, 49 years of age, weighting 99.21 lb, was diagnosed with thrombosis prophylaxis and was treated with Fragmin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , pulmonary artery thrombosis. Fragmin dosage: 2.500 I.U/0.2 ML TIWCE DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, DIGIMERCK, RISPERDAL. Patient died on 03/31/2008.
