Fragmin Side Effects Report #5244371-5
Fragmin side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on Feb 16, 2007. Female patient was diagnosed with therapeutic procedure and was treated with Fragmin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coagulopathy, deep vein thrombosis , dyspnoea, pulmonary embolism . Fragmin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN. Patient recovered.

Fragmin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DOXORUBICIN, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/25/2004.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood fibrinogen decreased, cerebrovascular accident, disease progression, dizziness , dyspnoea, haematemesis, haemorrhage intracranial. Fragmin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GEMCITABINE, ACETAMINOPHEN W, PARACETAMOL, IBUPROFEN, DEXAMETHASONE, WARFARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/10/2004.

Fragmin dosage: 0.6 ML (25000 IU/ML) (ONE TIME DOSE), SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with SIMVASTATIN, WARFARIN, METROPROLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
