Fozitec side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on June 06, 2006. Male patient, 72 years of age, was treated with Fozitec. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dermatitis bullous, purpura, rash pustular, renal failure, skin necrosis. Fozitec dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GABAPENTIN, ALLOPURINOL, PAROXETINE, AMIODARONE, SIMVASTATIN, LASILIX, PERMIXON, VITAMIN B1. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
