Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, spinal anaesthesia, hypercholesterolaemia, hypothyroidism and was treated with Fozitec. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , circulatory collapse, electrocardiogram qt shortened, loss of consciousness, renal failure acute, tachycardia, vomiting. Fozitec dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMLOR, SUFENTANIL CITRATE, BUPIVACAINE, NEOSYNEPHRINE, ELISOR, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
