After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, renal failure acute, rhabdomyolysis. Fozitec dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRAVASTATIN, ALLOPURINOL, LASILIX, METFORMIN, PREVISCAN, LEVOTHYROXINE, OMEPRAZOLE, AMLOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
