Female patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with renal failure chronic and was treated with Fosrenol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood phosphorus increased, intestinal obstruction, myocardial infarction. Fosrenol dosage: 2X1000 MG, 3X/DAY:TID. Patient died on 09/01/2008.

During the same period patient was treated with GLUCOTROL, AVANDIA, ZEMPLAR, EPOGEN, VENOFER, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, METOPROLOL. Patient died.
