Female patient, 79 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with hyperphosphataemia and was treated with Fosrenol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia macrocytic, condition aggravated, haemolysis, haptoglobin decreased, hepatic failure, lymphopenia, malnutrition, myelofibrosis, nephrogenic anaemia. Fosrenol dosage: 500 MG, 3X/DAY:TID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LIPITOR, NEPHROCAPS, PRINIVIL, ATENOLOL, LEVOTHROID, IMODIUM, SENSIPAR, HECTOROL. Patient recovered.
