After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension, supraventricular extrasystoles. Fosphenytoin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLONAZEPAM, CIPROFLAXACIN, TAZOCILLINE, MIDAZOLAM, FENTANYL CITRATE, NEXIUM, ACTRAPID, HYDROCORTISONE HEMISUCCINATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
