Fosphenytoin Side Effects Report #4563831-3
Fosphenytoin side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 12, 2005. Male patient, 89 years of age, was diagnosed with epilepsy , atrial fibrillation , pyrexia and was treated with Fosphenytoin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood urine present, c-reactive protein increased, epilepsy , haemoglobin decreased, haemorrhage, international normalised ratio increased, pyrexia. Fosphenytoin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, BACTRIM, SOTALOL, TOLTERODINE TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
