Fosphenytoin side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 01, 2005. Male patient, weighting 8.38 lb, was diagnosed with convulsion and was treated with Fosphenytoin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, adrenal disorder, cardiac disorder, cardio-respiratory arrest neonatal, cerebral haemorrhage neonatal, cholestasis, convulsion neonatal, glomerulosclerosis, hepatic steatosis. Fosphenytoin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PHENOBARBITAL. Patient died on 12/25/2004.

Fosphenytoin side effect was reported by a Physician from SWEDEN on Dec 06, 2005. Male patient, weighting 8.38 lb, was diagnosed with convulsion and was treated with Fosphenytoin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accidental overdose, anoxia, aspiration, bradycardia neonatal, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, cardiac disorder, condition aggravated, convulsion neonatal, hyperaemia. Fosphenytoin dosage: 480 MG (30MG IN 5 MINUTES THEN 450MG IN 5 HOURS), INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with PHENOBARBITAL, PYRIDOXINE. Patient died on 12/25/2004.
