Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 397.5 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Fosinopril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioneurotic oedema, blood pressure systolic increased, body temperature decreased, chest pain
, dysphagia, speech disorder, swollen tongue. Fosinopril dosage: 20 MG DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.Fosinopril Side Effects Report #4691920-1

and was treated with Fosinopril. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, bradycardia, electrocardiogram abnormal, hyperkalaemia, hyponatraemia, mental impairment, speech disorder. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: speech disorder, swelling face, swollen tongue. Fosinopril dosage: DOSE CHANGED FROM 10 MG TO 40 MG PO QD. During the same period patient was treated with WELLBUTRIN, FOSAMAX, VERAPAMIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
