Female patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with cytomegalovirus infection  and was treated with Foscavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angiopathy, back pain , cerebral infarction, hypokalaemia, malaise, nausea , white blood cell count decreased. Foscavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRIMPERAN, CONCLYTE, DECADRON, OMEGACIN, ASPARA K, NEORAL, SOLANAX, BROCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
