Male patient, 16 years of age, weighting 256.0 lb, was diagnosed with cytomegalovirus test positive and was treated with Foscavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, confusional state, fatigue, ill-defined disorder, mental status changes. Foscavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMLODIPINE, CEFEPIME, LISINOPRIL, MAGNESIUM OXIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
