Fosamprenavir side effect was reported by a Physician from SPAIN on Aug 13, 2007. Male patient, 69 years of age, weighting 160.9 lb, was diagnosed with hiv infection , systemic antiviral treatment and was treated with Fosamprenavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, epigastric discomfort, hepatic steatosis, hepatitis acute, hepatotoxicity, immune reconstitution syndrome, jaundice , malaise, nausea . Fosamprenavir dosage: 700MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with RITONAVIR, KIVEXA, TRUVADA, EFAVIRENZ. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, epigastric discomfort, hepatitis acute, hyperbilirubinaemia, immune reconstitution syndrome, jaundice , malaise, nausea , pyrexia. Fosamprenavir dosage: 700MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with RITONAVIR, KIVEXA, TRUVADA, EFAVIRENZ. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Fosamprenavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: immune reconstitution syndrome, kaposi's sarcoma , lymphoedema. Fosamprenavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LOPINAVIR, RITONAVIR, TENOFOVIR. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
