After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , depression , fistula discharge, haemorrhoids, hypercholesterolaemia, hyperlipidaemia, jaw disorder, myalgia, nausea . Fosamax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, LEVAQUIN. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with osteoporosis , hysterectomy  and was treated with Fosamax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: gingival swelling, jaw disorder, loose tooth, oral infection, osteonecrosis , periodontitis, tooth loss. Fosamax dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
