and was treated with Fortum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, eschar, fungal infection , renal failure acute, skin lesion, toxic skin eruption. Fortum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, VANCOMYCIN, CLAMOXYL, ROCEPHIN, ZYVOX, APROVEL, CORDARONE, INIPOMP. Patient was hospitalized.
