Female patient, 72 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia , prophylaxis against gastrointestinal ulcer and was treated with Fortum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dermatitis bullous, haemorrhage, hypoacusis, skin haemorrhage, thrombocytopenia. Fortum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZANTAC, FRAGMIN, INSULIN, SELOKEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
