Male patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with pyrexia, bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, pain , anxiety , depression , prophylaxis and was treated with Fortum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: candidiasis, cytolytic hepatitis, renal failure. Fortum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with POSACONAZOLE, LAROXYL, TAVANIC, NEURONTIN, XANAX, EFFEXOR, TOPALGIC, NEXIUM. Patient recovered.
