Fortum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VFEND, COLIMYCINE, DEROXAT, PREVISCAN, LEVOTHYROXINE, TENORMIN, TAREG, ALDACTONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/13/2007.
