Male patient, 74 years of age, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with sepsis , arthritis  and was treated with Fortum. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, eosinophilia, neutropenia, platelet count decreased. Fortum dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZYLORIC, COLCHIMAX, PREVISCAN, TARGOCID, NEXIUM, CIFLOX, VFEND. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
